A Trip To Palm Springs

Palm Springs

It’s been a few weeks since I got back from Palm Springs so I finally got my act together and uploaded/organized my photos. I had been putting it off a little bit because, well, there were a lot!

But first – why was I in Palm Springs? One of the many perks of my job with Glitter Guide is that I get to go on media trips (you can revisit Palm Beach, The Kentucky Derby and Bermuda). So when Chevrolet asked if me and a friend wanted to experience the Chevy Malibu Hybrid and drive it out to Palm Springs for a few night free stay at The Parker, I said YES! The Parker was unreal and I can’t believe I actually got to stay there. I wrote a bigger travel guide and more about the trip over on Glitter Guide but I’m sharing a bunch more pics below! It was such a fun few days spent with my girl Hannah

Mini-moon in San Francisco & Carmel

// Warning – lots of photos ahead //

Today I’m sharing a bunch of photos from our little mini-moon in San Francisco and Carmel! Chris and I brought Nellie with us on our little adventure which was really fun — and special. Our first stop was San Francisco where we stayed at The Alise Hotel and spent most days walking around exploring the city and relaxing! It was so nice not to have any specific agenda and we got a great taste of the city. I’ll be so excited to go back and visit – I really loved San Francisco!

The Alise Hotel was super dog friendly and even provided a dog bed, bowl and treats for us. The hotel itself was beautiful and very luxe – we had a very comfortable stay there! I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay in the area.

After a two nights in San Francisco, we rented a red Jeep Wrangler and headed down to Carmel to check in to the L’Auberge Carmel. They were extremely gracious and hosted the three of us for two nights. The hotel itself feels like a little European chateaux – it’s extremely quaint and charming! Again, they were very dog friendly and helped us find dog-friendly places to eat in town! If you are interested in what we did and where we ate in Carmel, make sure to check out my travel guide on Glitter Guide.
