Today I thought I’d share some “festive” photos that I’ve taken this past month before the holidays pass us by in the blink of an eye. I didn’t get to all of my to-do list but we did make it to Balboa Island and we got to see the Newport Boat parade – both which were so fun! I also did a holiday outfit shoot for Glitter Guide this month which I had a great time doing. I styled 3 outfits with Gap Factory and we shot it over by Lido Marina Village which is a must-visit if you live in the area or are passing by. It’s the cutest little area filled with pretty shops, great drinks, food and a harbor view. All the outfit photos were shot but the super talented Ariane Moshayedi.
I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Lots of love!

I’m excited to share some fun things that I’ve found and have been loving – which coincidentally would be great gifts for someone on your list! When it comes to gifts, I typically don’t love to give clothing or specific makeup/beauty items unless I have a specific link and size that was given to me. I’d rather give something fun or quirky or something that shows that you spent a little more time looking for something special. Often, that ends up being home decor finds, notebooks, candles etc. but I took a look on Etsy and some of my other favorite non-mainstream stores (for the most part) and rounded up some cool finds! Most things are under $50, everything is under $100.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you like!
These are generally more home, food and drink finds…
I love the idea of giving a few movies with a theme (obviously one that that person likes). For example, a collection of Nancy Meyers movies (rom-com love), Judd Apatow movies, anything with Reese Witherspoon – you get the idea. I’m also still a fan of CDs, especially to listen to in the car. If you are so inclined to make a mix CD, those are always fun! I’m a bit of a coffee table book hoarder as well. There are so many cool ones out there in all different categories and subjects. Right now, I’m really into interiors. I think it’s fun to browse around for books for people on your list — or just for yourself!
